Should you wish to book, I'll provide you with my Contract, T&C, and the initial invoice. After you've had a chance to read them over and are happy, a quick digital signature confirms your agreement. A booking fee is then required to formally secure your wedding date in my calendar. This amounts to 25% of the total, and deducted from the final balance which will be 4 weeks prior to your big day. I recommend scheduling a call/video call to get to know me beforehand!

I recommend 6 months to 1 year in advance but I can take last minute bookings if my calendar is free on your chosen date

You will get an email with a direct link to your password-protected gallery, which allows you to view and download your images. You can invite all your friends and family to it as well! I am happy for you to use the images on your social media (please, just remember to tag me)

I’ll ask you to make a list of 10-15 group photos, to cover all combinations. I'll ask if you have a trusted groomsman, bridesmaid, or guest who can help gather people for these shots and keep the formal photo session run smoothly, so we can get back to celebrating!!

I will go home and work on your wedding gallery, and within 48 hours provide you with some sneak peaks that you can share on social media to announce the big news!

I don’t expect it, but always appreciate it if you can. I take a break while all your guests are having dinner, and I can ask the venue for a separate area to eat
