3. How Our Service Works

We operate as a planning and coordination service with photography included.

We:

  • Help design and plan your elopement or wedding day

  • Recommend and coordinate third-party suppliers

  • Manage timelines, logistics, and on-day coordination

  • Provide photography services as part of selected packages

We act as an agent for supplier bookings, meaning suppliers contract directly with you.

4. Booking & Payment

To secure your date:

  • A booking fee is required

  • This confirms your booking and begins planning work

  • Payment confirms acceptance of our full service agreement

We operate staged payments across the planning process, which reflect both:

  • work completed, and

  • supplier coordination and preparation carried out in advance

All payment terms are confirmed in your individual contract at booking.

5. Third-Party Suppliers

We may assist in sourcing and coordinating suppliers such as:

  • celebrants

  • bagpipers

  • venues or locations

However:

  • All suppliers are independent third parties

  • Contracts are made directly between you and the supplier

  • We are not responsible for supplier performance, pricing changes, delays, or cancellations

We act only in a coordination and facilitation role.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information

  • Confirm supplier terms directly with each supplier

  • Communicate changes promptly

  • Engage reasonably in the planning process

Failure to engage may impact the quality or delivery of services and may result in limitation or termination of services under the full agreement.
