Should you wish to book, I'll provide you with my Contract, T&C, and the initial invoice. After you've had a chance to read them over and are happy, a quick digital signature confirms your agreement. A booking fee is then required to formally secure your wedding date in my calendar. This is usually 25% of the total, and deducted from the final balance which will be 4 weeks prior to your big day.

I recommend 6 months to 1 year in advance but I can take last minute bookings if my calendar is free on your chosen date

You will get an email with a direct link to your password-protected gallery, which allows you to view and download your images. You can invite all your friends and family to it as well! I am happy for you to use the images on your social media (just remember to tag me of course)

After you book, I'll send you a questionnaire to indicate your day timeline (photography packages) or your needs (planning package). Once you've filled this out, we can schedule a video or phone call to discuss the entire day.
This is also a great time to share any specific photo ideas you have or particular locations you'd like to visit for photos. This allows me to plan meticulously, ensuring I capture every essential moment.
